Descriptor
Ornamental plant, suitable for coastal locations. Erect to spreading. Leaves opposite or alternate, somewhat fleshy, almost oblong to ovate. Red berry, seed black, granular. Can be used as a background shrub in mixed plantings or on coastal verges and wide median strips as a wind-break and soil control.
