Melbourne Outfall Sewer - Urban Oasis Project

​Australian Ecosystems worked with Biofilta and MultiPro Civil and CPB Contractors in the delivery of this innovative stormwater harvesting project and urban oasis at Williams Landing in the west of Melbourne for Melbourne Water. The project captures and filters local stormwater for re-use in the adjoining parkland, creating a cool zone and amenity on this site, while protecting the heritage listed structure of the decommissioned Melbourne Outfall Sewer (MOS) Australian Ecosystems undertook landscape construction elements of the project that included structures, fencing, rockwork, amenity and advanced tree plantings, installation of outdoor exercise station, irrigation, topsoil and turf establishment.
