​         Common raspwort
Descriptor
Wiry erect perennial herb with slightly 4 ribbed stems covered in sharp stiff hairs. Pairs of lance-shaped leaves, 0.6- 1.9cm x 2- 7mm with stiff hairs. Green to reddish flowers on loose terminal spikes with reddish bracts.
