This project was designed for stormwater treatment, habitat and aesthetics/recreation.
Australian Ecosystems assisted with the design of species lists, collected seed, propagated, planted and maintained around 320,000 plants on this project. Wetlands like this one perform multiple positive functions around housing estates, including treating stormwater runoff, providing habitat for wildlife and adding aesthetic and recreational value to the local community.
